Return & Exchange Policy for Slacker
We want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Free of any stains, makeup, or damage.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to Start a Return
- Simply email us at [support@slackers.in] with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit, as per your choice.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request email.
