as smoothly and quickly as possible. This policy outlines all the details of our shipping process.
All orders are processed and shipped exclusively within India.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number.
- High-Volume Periods: Please allow for additional processing days during peak seasons or sales events. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within India:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for most pincodes in India.
- A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹40 will be applied to all COD orders at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date
of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen
logistics issues.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a
link to track your package with our courier partner. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking
information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation,
please contact us at [support@slackers.in] with your name and order number, and we will
look into it for you.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full residential or commercial address.
- Serviceable Pincodes: We deliver to most pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to attempt a resolution or cancel the order.
- Undeliverable Packages: If our courier partners are unable to deliver the package after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will issue a refund for the product amount (excluding any shipping or COD fees) after the package is received.
5. Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To resolve the issue, please email us at [support@slackers.in] within 48 hours of
delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
We will address this on a priority basis and arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Returns & Exchanges
